  First off I want to say awesome blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing. I have had a hard time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out. I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or tips? Kudos!

  naturally like your website but you need to take a look at the spelling on quite a few of your posts. Many of them are rife with spelling issues and I to find it very troublesome to tell the truth however I'll definitely come back again.
