The 1000 tips staining is a process that allows the finishing products to be transferred to the surface of the leather by direct contact through the use of different cylinders.

These cylinders can be customized, following the ratios of the prints and sequins in order to stain the leather in a register, creating items in which the processes are combined.

This process consists in the application, both on leather and on fabrics of various kinds, of numerous thermo-adhesive and non-thermo-adhesive materials such as: foils, sequins, glitter, transfer papers, linings, finishes, lacquers and many others.

A vast warehouse of materials is at customers’ disposal to enable any immediate customer’s order and thanks to the collaboration of suppliers we are able to satisfy every new request.

Certainly laser processing has versatility as its strong point.

Work surfaces up to 1,5m×3m and a powerful laser beam make it possible to process any type of leather, as well as various types of fabric, both on the printed fabric and in register sign, on printed, carved leather etc...

A rich catalog of drawings, divided into two categories is at your disposal:

• raster, from a gray scale drawing it is made a photoengraving on the material and, by adjusting the parameters we can obtain different abrasion effects.

• vector, technique used to create fantasy drawings, rectilinear engravings, abrasions and / or perforations.

The graphics office is available to develop customized designs as well.

The use of our patented machine, programmable thanks to a PLC command, allows us to perform a wide range of designs in the engraving phase, such as:

Shelled engravings to give it a reptile effect reproduced in various shapes and sizes, normal engravings, as well as askew engraving to give it a stretched, scratched look. They can be made in parallel lines or crossed, to form diamonds, square and other shapes. 

Drilling and punching designs can be realized in 300 different typologies, both on whole leathers and on rolls of fabric or synthetic materials. Foils of different types and colors are also applied with same processing, on request.

For the drilled ones we propose from the micro perforation, to the round, rectangular, square, star shaped, wave shaped etc. with a wide variety both for the size of the perforations and for their distance.

For the punched it is possible to make the same designs as the perforated ones, but also other designs such as the reproduction of seams etc.

The technical office is available for the development of customized designs.

The hot stamping process consists in impressing any design required on the leather, as well as on fabrics and PVC. The machines used are large PRESSES both as a work surface and as an engraving power. The huge stock of PLATES allows us to satisfy requests in each design category such as:

• dermal reproduction of cattle, sheep, goats, crocodiles, lizards, ostriches, fish etc;

• geometric designs;

• floral designs;

• Woven designs;

• reverse designs for tip painted and / or sanding articles;

• multiple combinations of plates-felts-counter-molds.

The highest quality of leather printing is guaranteed.

The specialized staff carries out continuous checks to ensure that the leather we process is qualitatively perfect.

Particular attention is paid to the search for new processes in close collaboration with stylists and model makers for the creation of prototypes, clichés and plaques. All this is done INTERNALLY and EXCLUSIVELY for each customer.
