  Hi there, i read your blog occasionally and i own a similar
  one and i was just wondering if you get a lot of spam responses?
  If so how do you prevent it, any plugin or anything
  you can suggest? I get so much lately it's driving me crazy so any support is very much appreciated.

  May I just say what a comfort to discover somebody that truly understands what they are discussing on the net. You certainly know how to bring a problem to light and make it important.
