  First off I want to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your thoughts before writing. I've had difficulty clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out there. I truly do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or hints? Thanks!

  When I initially commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four e-mails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove me from that service? Cheers!
